White rice is full of high glycemic index carbohydrates. Eat brown rice or Quinoa if you don't want diabetes.

Another idiotic sam of london comment.Yes sam because everyone is going to rush out and buy a bag and eat it all by itself. Yum yum a bucket full of plain boiled rice. add a slice of bread and a glass of whine to really boost those GI's.
