To be fair, voted hot, as Dawes are quality bikes and the price is a bargain if it's your thing.

Looks ok for the money but surprisingly heavy for a bike with a Nexus hub and an aluminium frame. I expect all the other components are pretty low grade. I wouldnt assume that Dawes equals quality at this price point. They are no longer built in the UK.
Can't complain at that price though.

Any bike with extras like kickstand chain-guard & full mudguards would defiantly tip the scales, not to mention real leather tassels.:sunglasses:

Definitely a bargain at the price when you look at the spec voted hot. If you want a cheap nexus hub perhaps swop over the rear wheel to a basic single speed and nab all the nexus components to use on another bike then flog on this bike. Might need to strip/paint the rim though to a more acceptable colour.
Also 3% cashback at topcashback and they have that £2.50 bonus for the bank holiday weekend which you have to enable.
