Having worked for a retail software company, if it's in your basket then it should be allocated to you and the amount available reduced by your basket quantity. If you don't checkout within a certain amount of time then it becomes available for sale again.

Looks like JL don't work this way! I'm really peed off.

Just picked it up at JL Edinburgh @ lunch time. They were scanning full price but they matched the online price.

Had a email shortly after ordering giving me a2 year guarantee, wonder what they will do if I phone up in 12 months time to say it's stopped working.

Damn, they've deleted it from their website. I was going to go in-store today to see if they'll price match the price online. :disappointed:
