Stores not Participating
Edmonton, Croydon and all Order and Collection Points.
Why the three stores are not participating I was told once by a store Staff at Edmonton was because these are Franchise Stores.
Each time you swipe your IKEA FAMILY card at the till, you’ll get a special barcode printed on your receipt. Tap the number in here and let’s see which lovely surprise you’ve won!
Its simple all you new to this
All you have to do is purchase something and make sure you swipe your Family Card(Free to all). Once you have your receipt there will be a unique number at the bottom.
Take it to the Swipeable/printable screen and login then go to the screen to Swipe A Surprise and if there is a scanner on that Kiosk you can just scan it or simply type it and press the button on screen to see what you have won.

I have won loads with this before, including food vouchers and products. If it is running the same way as previous times you can only scan two receipts per day but you can also enter the details online the following day if you have several to see what else you have won.

How did you manage two a day when ever I tried it I always got the message I have already scared one for today.
Plus it still says in T&C's "Each individual (who qualifies as an Eligible Entrant) is limited to using one till receipt per day."
Unless you mean you can purchase two items on different Ikea family cards that your statement is true.
Good luck this time and hoping to win a holiday.

Yes we each have a card so our chances are doubled. We then increase our chances further by putting each item through individually and entering the details online over the following days.
Good luck to you too.

Given the wrecked state the Swedish government have rendered their country, I'd view the first prize as more akin to a punishment than a treat !

How is Sweden "wrecked"?

You should stop reading all that garbage like daily mail. It's bad for your brain.

I suggest you do some Google searching Matt rather than starting a political discussion here.

No it doesn't
But What I do to minimise my purchase of cheap goods which will pile up or throw away I buy biscuits, nuts, drinks etc which are stacked near the canteen....
as long as you purchase them from the main tills you should get a SAS code....

I don't read the Daily Mail & that is the typical Fascist view of those who have wrecked a perfectly good country - even the Swedish PM admits what they did was wrong!

I tried to use this and it just bombed out, the person I spoke with on Ikea Live chat tells me that the 'Swipe and Suprise' feature isn't working at this time?

I did it this morning at Wembley, bought a cheese grater, got a free doughnut to go with the coffee i got when i walked in there, I'll be going there more, I've picked my table and chairs I'll get it all seperate in 3 trips
mattpreece87
25 Apr 17#15
And what was it they did exactly? The same thing most other countries have done? I assume all those countries are wrecked as well.
I suggest you leave your little town to visit the country yourself first before branding it "wrecked". Its one of the nicest countries in Europe and you should be envious of the people living there. Its in a hell of a better state than ours.
If you win the 1st prize, i'll gladly take it off your hands.

I don't need to visit Google. You need to visit Sweden for yourself instead of reading and listening to trash. Get out there and see the real world instead of from behind a screen.

Not sure WTF you even on about. Do you even know what "wrecked" means mate? How can you call Sweden "wrecked". Only thing I can see wrecked is your brain. So please abstain from commenting anything political, I'm sick and tired of all muppets talking out of their ass.

Yeah of course, we don't want you to be triggered by people who have the 'wrong' opinion do we? And how long do you think it will be before you're talking about concentration camps and re-education centres?
I am certainly NOT your mate!

Not really but you make my point. Immediately after I replied to your nuisance which you have no argument to sustain it with you switch the subject to something totally irrelevant.
But yeah, go on and push this crappy agenda of your echo chamber, put all your frustrations and mishaps on the back of politics, conspiracy theories and all that crap, it's really healthy for you.

So far have won 3 hot dogs + one ice cream. Was just at Wembley this morning and made 18 separate transactions  felt a little bad but the attendant was sweet and told me not to worry (probs cause there was no queue) I think I remember from a previous campaign that there was a way to redeem more than one code a day? Any thoughts? So far unsuccessful both online and at kiosk - thanks

How many transaction had you made before yesterday(13th) to only win 3 HD's and 1 ice cream. i just go there and every week ideally Costco is in Wembley and Lakeside and being in the middle of the two I choose between them and collect the weekly codes with each family cards so make 14 different
I have had about 6 of each ice creams and frozen yogurt.
Re the separate transaction purchases I just go to the self service and lay the card on the table and scan each item 1 at a time and by now I have learned the sequence of actions to speed up each purchase. Press the buttons to get to scanning the product and scan the FC before pressing finish this minimises the time then at the time of payment I use just touch the card and get ready for the next item. Believe me it is much easier than going to the tills and there will come a time when you will see the frustration in one such cashiers eyes. Give them a break and go to the self check out. The only thing is the staff at the SCk will wonder what is going on but will not say anything as long as you make sure all are paid for.
