I made this 2 weeks ago runs pretty sweet even without a SSD. You can get this chip for £49.25 from alza.co.uk it's £5 delivery but if you spend over £70 and sign up for the newsletter you get a £5 discount. I bought the b250m d2v mobo as well but seems they don't have that model at the minute have other b250m mobos though. Saves a bit more if you are buying more than just the cpu

Well that's a coincidence, I have been googling RX 480 cards this afternoon to replace the 7790.
Once that's installed then should see me good until the i5 processors come down in price.

I plan on getting the exact same setup, I bought the G4560 and the same ram deal, also looking at the same motherboard . I'm hoping for a RX 480 deal under £150, maybe the price will drop when the vesa series comes out

Considering this card is a low budget option, I would go for the B250 series. Other more expensive options would be Z270 series (mainly for overclocking, which can't be done on this processor without downgrading motherboard bios) and H270 series

I bought this >Clicky< for £63.50 at the time and 16gb of the Ballistix DDR4 ram for £70.52 that was on offer a few weeks ago.
Put it all together and it runs sweet, impressive bios on the motherboard but then I have upgraded from an Asus motherboard from 9 years ago.
Runs iRacing, Dirt Rally at really good rates for me in 1080 x 1920 but my graphics card is letting it down as it's only a 1GB Asus 7790 but overall very impressed with the performance for such a low price cpu.

Yeah, OP you need to add the P&P to the cost as it's not free from Amazon FR to UK addresses. Cold.

It was probably free shipping to France, like Amazon UK do free shipping to the UK. As far as I know, you always have to pay for shipping to the UK from any of the EU Amazon sites.

This price doesn't include delivery, does it? It appears to be €66.07 delivered to the UK, which even at the real exchange rate (not Amazon's rip off one) works out at £56.34.
You'd be better off getting a G4560 from AWD-IT for £52.94 with free delivery. There might be somewhere even cheaper than that, AWD-IT was just the lowest price Google suggested.

I was able to select free shipping earlier it's not there anymore, I could be mistaken

I don't know the logisitics of ordering from Amazon FR but this has been on offer for around £50 at various UK sites recently (ebuyer, CCL) so expect it to re-appear soon.

Great CPU for the money...using one at the moment.
Was lucky enough to pay £48 a couple of weeks ago. Pound for pound, best value kabylake around.

This is a really great CPU, not far off an i3-7100 and VERY good value at this price point. Good spot.
