Just leave the foil on for an hour, then take it off and carry on cooking until the skins cooked enough for you, anf don't forget to keep basting periodically with its juices

They've been this price for ages, lol
But i always stick crushed garlic and a good chunk of butter in before i foil them, tastes a lot nicer :smiley:

I did not like the Turkey one first time but my sister cooks it for 20 min longer than it says and it is nice

Been the same price for... Well over a year... Also lots of injected water so lots of shrinkage.
