Yes!!
The words "Dickens and Jones" in pending changed to "House of Fraser" once on the main statement, and today the £10 statement credit has been applied. All within 4 days, without any intervention from me

Yes strange they haven't had new POS as it's been 10 years at least. I think you'll have to contact Amex but I'm sure they will add credit without any problems

O thanks!
Bizarre they still use the old name for transactions
Should get the credit no problem, then methinks

Did you manage to get your credit from AMEX? Trying to buy an item that's not available in store and is click and collect only. So I want to use the gift card option to get around this.

It used to be called D&J then it was rebranded. I think they still use D&J as women's fashion brand so did you pay at a till in the clothing department? Amex will give you the credit.

Tried to be too clever.
Bought a £50 gift card from HoFraser in store
Surprised that I didn't get the instant confirmation of a successful redemption from Amex
Now see the payment as pending to " DICKINS & JONES" who must be their gift card provider
Hopefully customer services may be able to sort it for me

This offer is on my platinum but as stated its instore only so not sure if I'll ever use it. I also have the Debenhams offer but its 3% cashback for me. If I use it alongside TCB or Quidco then it could work out to be a decent saving.

Just checked my card and not on there (yet) but did find a rather hilarious offer for Debenhams of get 1% back - thats right a whole 1% !!! so spend £100 and get a measly £1 back - will probably cost them more than that to process the transacaction !
Still - saved it to my card though

It says 3% for me. Strange how they tailor these offers.

On my card but in store only so a bit limiting for me.

The Lloyds Duo American Express offers are hilariously bad. I haven't come across a remotely attractive offer in about 12 months.

Anyone know if HoF do gift cards this could be used on, either their own or better for other stores I'm more likely to use?

Not showing on any of my cards, so maybe specific targeting.
Good if you have it though.
I could do with a decent AMEX offer though.
