I've got this tv and to be honest I'm not that impressed. Colours and viewing angles arnt good, screen is too reflective for me. Would think it's just a bad one I've got but had two as the first has a faulty PSU that constantly clicked.
Biggest pain is the smart features, no way of re-ordering apps or as far as I can see check for updates at all, Plex is terrible, I have to open and close it anywhere from 2-10 times to use it otherwise it says 'no server' even though no other devices have issues.
Most people have great reviews on it though so maybe I am just expecting too much.

Great price, I paid about £610 from JL a couple of months ago for this set and love it. There's some vids on YouTube to help set the colours up a little bit but the picture is stunning.

Just purchased the 50" 50M3300 Model from Argos @ £399.00. What a fantastic TV for the money. I should know as in a previous life I was the "Brown Goods" Buyer for a large Electrical Retailer!.

I don't think they do a 50" version - are you sure that's not the 50M3300?
The M7000 is currently Hisense top model in their range and is a cracking set.

Looks like a good deal to me. I got the H55M3300 last year for £449 from ao and I can't complain. Superb picture, fantastic upscaling though not the best viewing angles. Given that there is so little direct 4K content you want to ensure your 4K TV has good upscaling from HD which this has. The only issue for me was the positioning of the HDMI inputs on the rear, 2 are located on the side and 2 at the back which is not great for wall-mounting. Don't know if it's the same for the M7000 model but worth checking first if you are buying online.

I want the 65" version of this telly ideally from JL. I want to however purchase in 3 months when we move into our new house, however it seems like the next month is a great buying window as manufacturers try to dump last years stock. Would I be better off buying sooner or just hope for the best later? For me it has to come from either Richer Sounds or John Lewis for their warranty

I have the 65" version and I am sending it back because of a banding fault with the panel. I do like the TV apart from that, good value for money.

8 bit + FRC ("10 bit upscaling" or whatever technical term its called). You won't find 10 bit for probably grand+, even £900 samsungs use 8+frc

Must admit I own a 58" K700 Hisense, identical design to this and the build quality is exceptional - far better than any Samsung or even Panasonic I've owned. App's aren't Hisense's strong point, the menu layout is also confusing but I have no complaints with Picture Quality, Sound is also unbelievably good.

Great TV and price for this. Price is dropping as new models are coming. I did a lot of research and unless you are spending £1500/£2000 on a 55" you wont beat this for its bang for buck.

Awesome. I got JL to price match this TV @ £599 a couple days ago. Im going to submit another price match claim and see if JL price match this deal. I too was skeptical about this purchase, I sold my Sony W829b after 3 years of having it for half what I paid for it and it was a pleasant upgrade. The build quality is exceptional and the picture quality for the price just left me in awe.
Amazing TV and at this price, nothing and I mean nothing comes close.

23 Apr 17#43
There were other issues with Plasma though, one of them was the burn in issues that really couldnt be cured, but also the main issue was the image projection technology couldnt be made any smaller and as such high resolutions would only increase the size of that tech, its why no Plasma was ever under 40" and you would never see a plasma monitor.
It was always the best image and can still compete with OLED but it really had no where left to evolve.
