50/50 with GAME.
Mine wasn't even in shrink wrap even though I placed order for NEW and not PRE-OWNED
Damaged slip cover on both edges (front/back), dented in on left corner and the closing latch on SteelBook broken on right corner.
Messaged GAME via Twitter with photos got ignored, sent email got told to send back lol. Contacted Bank and done a charge back (easier, less hassle). Not bothering with GAME. GAME deserve everything that comes their way. Any GAME staff here can GTFO.
ADMIN/MOD Can we finally get GAME to be banned on HUKD please.

I called up my bank told em purchased something classed as NEW got sent a game that was not even sealed, broken and damaged.
Sent them photos via email and got money returned back no questions asked further.
Got to keep the game but no use in broken condition. GAME want it they can get one of their staff to come pick it up. I shouldn't be wasting my time sending something back and waiting more days for a new one to be sent out.
GAME own fault for sending used/damaged goods out in the first place. When I opened the item from the bubble wrap packaging there was no broken parts of the steelbook in there even though the Steelbook was broken. No sort of shrink wrap, checked inside bubble wrap packaging in case stuck in there but nothing.

I use my debit for everything but am considering switching to my credit card as it could protect consumers from firms doing silly things like what happened to you. Whom did you phone exactly, your bank or credit card firm? I'm confused when it come to chargebacks. @_@

Nice price. Shame the matchmaking is so biased towards the dedicated west coast US server - if you like competitive play you'll need to party up with a full team from your locale to have a chance of avoiding latency. (We personally tested a lobby with 7 EU players and 1 US player in a custom and the server seems to choose US every time).

Always use credit card. Anything goes wrong claim chargeback. Just ring customer support, explain and give evidence. Simple.

For someone who doesnt really play much online or care about the steelbook extras, is the REQ stuff worth the extra £5? There is the standard Halo 5 in a few places for £10 pre-owned which i am tempted towards.

Honestly if you're just in it for the single player and aren't interested in the other extras then there may be no point in the LE for you. The REQ packs only affect the multiplayer experience with cosmetic/one time use items so it depends how important you'd find that.
