These are made in the same factory that JP Eneloops are made. The factory is also owned by Fujitsu. Go figure.
The high capcaity variants will also probably be a better buy for most people for only 40p more.

Just bought 2 packs of these lot higher capacity and cheaper this was from a recommendation of others so are good
The XTAR may well be available more cheaply elsewhere, but the Multismart 3000 can only be obtained from 7DayShop - though there are similar ones (usually dearer).
They're like "normal" AA/AAA batteries but start off with 20% less voltage.
So yes, well put.

Wow, the rechargeable Fujitsu AA batteries are expensive! You can get 40 normal Fujitsu batteries for the price of 4 rechargeable ones. Sure after the 11th recharge of all of them you've got a better deal but sometimes it's hard to be (slightly) more ecologically responsible
strangely those say up to 500 recharges but these are up to 2100 times?!! hmm 40 years later I'll report back to inform you if this is true.

Probably not in the same league but I picked up a pack of four pre charged AAA 950's from Lidl today.
