I remember the kids dragged me into the Harrow branch once and it was the worst service, dirtiest surroundings and truly awful slop delivered to the table.

Horrible food,waiting staff who couldn't care less, standard of cleanliness appalling. Frankies and Bennys couldn't pay me to eat there.

Good deal, can get a bit busy sometimes and then service suffers but that is the same everywhere.
Good music, no modern gibberish and the clientele are usually better than at the local boozer showing ghastly football.

It's always the negative commenters that post, isn't it. Well, I've been to 2 or 3 F&B places and they've been perfectly fine. Not amazing food, but certainly good quality. Enough to make me want to go back for a nice lunch. Thanks OP :smiley:
