I think you can take it instore for a refund - they need the barcode in the confirmation email to process it.

Nowhere generally refunds the delivery fee. I ordered some stuff from H&M last week, it's just arrived and now it's even cheaper in the sale! I paid delivery of £3.99 and would then need to pay again, and have the inconvenience of returning the goods to a store, so probably not worth it! Annoying you can't click and collect for free! :disappointed:

I buy from H&M like literally every other week (oops!) and returns are completely FREE. All orders come with two return labels, one is Collect+ and the other is Royal Mail Tracked. Just checked their website too, which says all returns are free! H&M make it super easy to return items and all free of charge!

Free delivery code is in the email when you sign up for the newsletter. 25% discount is applied to one of the items in your basket when you enter the code and the free delivery is also applied.

Some really good deals on jackets, just got my daughter a bomber jacket and a parka for summer one reduced from £35 to £8.50 and the other from £30 to £15 (after the 25% off) plus a vest top for £2 - all with free delivery. £26 well spent, thanks OP :smiley:
