Great deal - the king size is £599.99 if ordered direct from Dormeo. £215 from Very. £320 from Amazon, so seems that this is by far the best price around.

Highly recommended. We have three of these, two kings and a double. The whole family are happy with them. Great price from Costco. Cheaper than direct from Dormeo at the Ideal Home Show 'offer price' last year.
Can you choose delivery dates with Costco? This looks perfect but not moving till end of the month :/

No. Its a pain actually. I missed the 1st delivery & rescheduled for next day. But you can't chose when you want it delivered when you order nor will they email or text you day before or even on the day

Reading the details it says it comes rolled and vaccum packed, i can see how this works with 100% foam but seriously how do they roll springs so tightly packed together without damaging them?.

Pocket springs are a lot smaller than the traditional coil springs

I'm hoping my order went through. No update in order status after 2 hours, despite customer services saying it should be OK. Was going to buy the 'options' version for same price in a day or so, so this is a steal compared to that. Dormeo website has the single for £399.99!!

Same price at Dormeo website (If I am looking at the same mattress) may also get discount code and topcashback. If you are are not costco member then you may avoid the surcharge.

I think you are looking at the basic Options version which is £99.99 (single) & rises in prices depending on size.
I understand they are smaller but have you tried rolling a pocket sprung mattress, i have when i took one to the tip. It took two of us to flatten and roll it !.

Once you unroll them, they need a few hours/day to plump up to their full size - which is why you would never be able to roll it back & repackage it

I've just realised the mattress has no metal frame for stability like other pocket mattresses, that's how they can roll it. Should be interesting when someone of my weight sits on the edge of it

Do they also sell these instore?

Has anyone got one of these and if so would you recommend?
I had one, and just returned it.. found you kept rolling in the middle..

Were Costco being difficult with the return? That's pretty unusual, have never had a problem with returns to Costco before.

what sort of issues did you have with costco in regards to returning it? was it already unrolled?

If you want something budget. Go for it! These are not premium mattresses. Qtr size normal pocket spring are so small that they offer the fraction of the support of a standard pocket spring. Using encapsulated reflex foam allows you to vacuum pack these very small without damaging the spring. Want to save disappointment and a very long lead time at best. Here's your matttress
Also it's only an inch of low grade memory.

the website says pocket springs are 18cm. if thats quarter size then 'standard' would be 72cm thick? never seen a mattress that thick
also website says delivery in 3 business days so not a huge lead time....

The springs in these are rather large, I think I researched that there are something like 850 in a double Dormeo Hybrid, which isn't many. Higher quality (and priced) pocket spring beds have them in the thousands and so will have a much smaller diameter. Similarly priced competing mattresses are either bonnell spring (noisy, bouncy & lumpy) or all foam.

Sorry, 475 in the double 588 in the king. Not many. But still very comfortable.

looks a good deal but too thick for the kids bunk beds - does anyone have a good suggestion for a foam mattress suitable for bunks?

Looks good. Was planning to buy the ikea hovag with all you can eat deal. Anyone knows how this mattress compares to the hovag? Both seem to be pocket sprung and rolled for delivery...

To be honest it wasn't Costco who was been difficult.. it's the third party company who were supplying the mattresses. They wanted a loads of pictures, then came back to us to say the pictures weren't clear enough (there digital) .. personally I bought the 7 zone silent night, its prefect!!

The 3rd party delivery service can't deliver at weekends or evenings, this was the dealbreaker that caused me to cancel my last Costco mattress order. Seems Costco are the only UK mattress retailer offering to dispose of old mattress (for a reasonable fee) so that was a shame.

Do they give you a fixed time or just morning/afternoon?

Didn't matter - they simply don't do weekends or evenings

Silentnight, 3 zone or 7 zone memory foam are ideal.

Ordered one several days ago and hasn't arrived. Customer services. Don't know where it is. Can't do anything until Monday. They use yodel as the courier.

The online order process is a pain. Probably one of the worst in my opinion.
No confirmation email; no way to track order; no way to change delivery etc

Heat on this mattress from a previous Costco promotion is a bit muted considering the comments so far here. The fickleness that is hotukdeals!
