I bought one of these. Found it really hard to control and wasn't really sure what the point of it was. After 30 minutes I repackaged it and stuck it on eBay

I was under the impression it is almost identical to a standard Sphero. Or were you using the "Force Band" thingy?
I'm somewhat tempted at this price.

No this is the proper Sphero one, uses the app, inductive charging dock etc - originally £129.99
