How did people enjoy the campaign? I played the first hour and the gunplay is so awful that I gave up and sold the game.

I really enjoyed the single player on this and would say it's one of the better COD campaigns. Good price for a good few hours fun if you ask me. Heat added.

Day One Edition is irrelevant with Infinite Warfare. Terminal is available to all versions. Good price for the standalone. Voted cold, about £12 more than it should be.
