If you are more concerned on how much alcohol you money is getting for you then this works out 420ml ethanol for £22. Supermarket gin works out at 525ml ethanol for £20 (2 £10 bottles)

OP - I dunno who expired your deal - but it is clearly still available (to anyone who looks properly). Maybe the expirer was looking to get some cash together to purchase some and expired it so it wouldn't run out. Ordered - cheers OP!

My local Sainsbury's doesn't sell this 60% version, never have, they have the standard 40% at £22. You must have been lucky. They don't list the 40% version on their website either despite selling that in store.

This is not expired - its still available at £22:sunglasses:

It isn't the 40% version. The twerp who wrote that review must have had the wrong bottle delivered and just accepted it. Our local store delivers as stated in description.
Will check this out in Sainsbury's. 60% sounds just the job for G&T where you can actually taste the alcohol.

I have two bottles of the original 2003 vintage 60% gin, ones almost finished, nearly killed me...the other might be kept unopened as an investment and I'm probably not brave enough to start another bottle. The original 40% was very smooth, 60% wasn't as smooth but blows your head off.

I see double gold winner
Its still £22, look on the right of the page and select other suppliers (it shows Amazon at the offer price).
For £22 its a real bargain. Its quoting me a 2-4 week estimated delivery but at that price I dont mind.
Cheers Joemobro :sunglasses:
