Looks a bit like a coal scuttle rather than having a flat top which may make it easier to tip out.

Easier to tip out hot coals
And scoop up new coal.
Not to mention you can use it to sift through your left over ash for any bits of coal to use as bedding for your next BBQ.

These any good compared to a £18 Weber?

Just paying for the name I imagine. I have a cheap one from argos and it works perfectly well. Instead of newspaper in the base I use a few cotton wool balls smeared with vaseline, burn longer and don't get loads of paper ash everywhere.

Got a Webber and 2 from ASDA.
Webber does heat up faster BUT only by 5 mins. Because it has more holes.
If u drill 3x 3mm holes in the ASDA one around the middle. The results are the same as the Webber

Like others I have cheap and branded compliments of HUKD. Difference is non existent.

Get your summer BBQ going without the taste of petrol or firefighters in your meat.
These usually go for around £10
Jus add coal stuff some newspaper in the bottom and boom 30mins you'll have coal ready to cook on
