Anker dual port car charger, reduced to £5.99 at the moment. I only buy anker products as they seem to be higher quality than other mobile accessories
Two ports pump out 24 watts of power. That's enough to charge two iPads simultaneously!

Anker was aware of this problem so maybe they have changed design slightly.

oh I had this problem, I think it was to-do with the g3.
I have the quick charge version linked in the comments, and it charges my s7 fine.

This is a brilliant bit of kit. Out of about four, this is the only one that actually charges my phone while GPS and Spotify are on in my car. With any other one, the phone seems to use power faster than it can charge.

Strange, I have this charger and it doesn't charge my LG G3 (sat nav & hotspot) fast enough to stop it losing power. Not sure whether to blame the oldish battery in the G3 or the charger though...

Be aware - if this is exactly same shape as Anker PowerDrive+1, it may not fit all cars.. It doesn't fit toyotas (avensis and auris) - anker is aware that powerdrive doesn't fit those cars but still seems to be selling these chargers without any note.

I bought Anker Power Drive +2 Last week and it is working fine in my Toyota Avensis. I assume Power Drive +1 is same as this but never used so not sure

If you looking for quick charger that's the one to go for. Mine is faultless for last year and a half
