Good price!! Just bear I mind that some games in 2D just aren't as good to play like Mario 3D Land. Loosing the depth of field can make jumping across gaps a nightmare.

spasho, noahsdad et al inc me drifted off/got banned/lost the will. Its not the same as it used to be round here imo. too much hate at times then it runs cold for months on end.

i have a 2DS and a 3DS, i can guarantee that after the first or the second day of play with the 3D function disabled

The thing is with the 2DS and 3DS I'm not really that bothered at all about the 3D function at all, but I'd definitely go with a 3DS every time just for the form factor of it. I like the idea of the clamshell case rather than the 'open' screen design of the 2DS.

that is a fair point, on the other hand (no pun intended) the 2DS form factor I found it more comfy to play.

Agreed it's still playable but you can tell Mario 3D World was built to take advantage of the 3D effects. Playing in 2D just doesn't seem as good IMO.
