I wouldn't know, but they've successfully converted many pieces of hardware into apps for the iPad. For example Korg, Korg Gadget, MS-20, M1, Ds-10, Electribe, Wavestation, Polysix, Kaossilator, Moog Model 15, Animoog, Filatron, VCS3, 808, ARP Odyssey have all been successfully ported to iOS apps from actual physical devices.

Thought it looked interesting but I've decided it's a bit gimmicky. Surely there are cheaper apps that do that sort of thing anyway?
Also will need a lightning adaptor and today's iPad are thinner and smaller so chances are it won't sit very snugly either.

Nah he's right I worked for Robbie Williams management, worked and hung out with Bafta winners.. my extended circle of friends include a musician who started a band with a former member of The Jam, members of Massive Attack, Portishead, Cocteau Twins.. I turned down a recording deal offer from the La's manager, and I hung out with a relative of Brian Epstein. Just recently I was involved in a session at the recording studio where Plan B's first album was recorded. Brian Eno's brother just posted me a CD from the studio. I used to drink with Nico... but mentioning stuff like this is crass and boring, and if they are true friends you just don't name drop famous people so I'll probably just delete this post later.

I've voted this hot as I used to be a sound engineer in the early 90's, worked with a few famous faces but no point name dropping it's boring :smiley:
I can't actually think of a credible use for this but I guess some one can make use of it. 4 channel hardware EQ? The 1960's was 50 years ago or so, good luck with it if you buy it, maybe the knobs can be reprogrammed although they're not rotary encoders so again that's a limited idea.
