Initially read that as Albino milk ....

Surely that would be the best kind.

It'd be pigment free therefore white. To me that's the prefect colour for milk.

its been out of stock online since march, and the 5 reviews on the Aldi site are not great, one says she had to return it as it was faulty turning it self on/off at will. so its pot luck if you find one in a store and if it works. !

There is a much better way to froth milk. Use a small glass/plastic body cafeteria. Add cold milk (even skimmed works). Froth up using the metal cafeteria plunger. Microwave on high power for a few seconds - care. Foamed milk expands and takes on consistency of whipped cream and it holds its shape. Much cheaper and very effective.

I know a better way. First of all, stretch your fingers back and forth for 2 mins to warm up. Then place 240ml of semi skimmed from the fridge into a microwaveable container (at least 500ml) with a lid on - microwave for 46 seconds. Do 3 turns on the spot, then violently shake the container until you feel dizzy. Remove lid, and stir up with an electric whisk for 54 seconds, then return to the microwave for a further 33 seconds. Next, transfer to a cafetiere and pump the plunger up and down for 678 minutes . Eh voila! Perfect frothy milk

Was going to say... this device does pretty much the same thing but with less faff!
Incidentally they were reduced in my local Aldi the other day (£17.99).

No faff - I do this for every coffee, only difference is I microwave the milk in the coffee mug, froth it then stuck it under the coffee machine - takes 1 minute and no extra pot to wash up, just rinse the frother under the tap.
