I agree they were good at sending a replacement, 10/10 for service!
Just trying it on sending a definite return as a 'New' watch. Expected more, but goes to show even multi-Billion pound companies try it on!

Got new one today. Completely shrink wrapped case and watch had a closed plastix cover over all face and strap.
Definitely a new one, making my first watch a definite return. Chancing ****.

Amazon were very good about the replacement process, but sending a used one out when stating it was new was a bit dodgy of them... Hopefully when my replacement one arrives it'll be new like yours is and not another return!

Mine came yesterday, looked new from the outside. Opened it up and strap wasn't done up, but had plastic protectors on watch. Doesn't look like it's been tried on by anyone, at the price I'm chuffed. :smile:

Mine arrived today, kudos to one day delivery. However, fairly sure its a return; its unbuckled, no protective plastic on watch face or under (but the glue residue still on the battery side)...
Anyone else have the same problem?

This happened to me too. The watch also wouldn't work at all. Amazon sent out another one the following day and this time it was properly wrapped and worked fine. I too suspect the first one was returned by another customer. Can't fault amazon customer service though.
