First time I've ever had correct spelling corrected!
Extra credit for that.

There's still 6 different Mars & Nestle ones available. They're not all out of stock.

Pretty sure these sized eggs were £2 at Tesco for a week or so.

Well of course some 'good' brands cost more to manufacture than others, they use higher cocoa % etc

Headphones look neat in this egg, although is is dc superheroes girls, but you can't tell the headphones are oriented at girls (they probably aren't the best quality wise either)

I don't get how they can call a 265 gram egg a 'giant' egg

Probably never £12 in the first place aside from one store in the back of beyond so they can pretend its a discount

I bought a few of the 285g Orange Lindt ones at £2.70 which were down from £9 early this morning and a couple of the 335g Lindt Assorted ones at £3.50 down from £12. Individually, they were cheaper than the cost of delivery.

There is no way the Lion bar or Yorkie Easter Egss are worth £12! My local Asda were selling these at £5 full price and now reduced them to £1.50

And after having a quick look, if it's not actually for Easter and just for chocolate even 70% off seems a bit of a con. Eg(g) 3.60 FOR 3 mars and the egg. Almost always 4 for a pound leaving the egg alone costing 2.60. Same as yorkie.

You can bet that they aren't making a loss even at 70% off. These things really are a huge ripoff before Easter.
Seems like a reasonable amount of chocolate at the discounted price though.
Thanks OP.

True, although if that is all anyone is ever looking for then head to superdrug and pick up the 850g dairy milk for £5.99 (or £5.39 with student discount)
Opening post
Enjoy
