Time will tell once you cook them as to how much fat comes off them!! That will tell you how really good they are. They all need a little bit of fat in them for cooking, otherwise, they will be very dry. Same as Steaks, a bit of fat is left on to aid in the frying process. Just my opinions!! Let's not argue over the 1%, it's still close to 100%. Great value for money in my opinion. Going to try all 3 over the next few months. It's not something I eat often! Great finds nevertheless!! Thank you.

Great tasting burgers for the money.

Beef (98%), Seasoning. Seasoning contains: Rice Flour, Yeast Extract, Salt, Dextrose, Pepper, Pepper Extract, Modified Maize Starch.

I don't mind eating things like this, but for openess it's fair to say the British Beef mince is not required to be of a particularly high standard.

But it says 100% beef on the box.

21% fat. Just sayin'.
