You always wonder what the criteria is to be able to get these special offer emails for Just Eat. It doesn't seem to be if you order regularly from them or just once every few months. Looks to be totally random.
Also I wonder if delivery fees count as part of the total.

I think you are correct as I never have had cashback on the delivery fee part of the order from Just Eat but I can't see this stated in the T&C's on the Just Eat order page or the promotions page T&C's.

yeah i just had a look and cant see it in the t&c's, i think id got muddled up with the t&c's for the other deal/thread for £5 amazon voucher with just eat orders

Apparently you only know if you will get the £5 bonus once the initial cashback has been confirmed. My initial cashback has tracked.
