Excellent find - ordered 6 packs (sons uni stores!) and combined with TCB offer of £2.50 on a £5 or more spend + 2.1% TCB =£2.62 total further saving or 18p per mug !

Put it in your basket. Open the tcb website and go through that and you'll find it in your basket! :smiley:

Nope. 2 designs Pack of 4 for £1 showing on website but both out of stock. Not sure if you can find it instore.

I followed the link & put in basket - then went to TCB and followed the link from there. Mugs were already in basket.
Both £2.50 & 12p (2.1%) have been tracked.

Just been to get my order of 5. Guess what? yep 5 mugs. Told them it was a mistake and they phoned online customer service who confirmed it. Sold out so refunded £4 and told me to keep the extra 2. So on the end £1 for 5. Alls well that ends well! :stuck_out_tongue:

Inhave placed order of 4pack & 2pack both separately & i have received 4mug& 2 mug
Called customer services and they said i can keep all 4+ 2 =6 in £1

Picked up 3 mugs when I ordered three packs but customer services were rubbish as they told me to just refund them as there was a mistake with the image on the website (obviously) :confused:

At least you got one 'full' pack! Collected mine today and only two (ordered 2 packs) mugs were in the delivery box. Phoned customer services, explained order said 'mug pack' so was expecting more. Refunded (item is currently out of stock) and after explaining it would cost more to return the 2 mugs was kindly informed I could keep them.
So I've now added more mugs to our mixed set of mugs, all of which would have been replaced had there been more in the original order!!

It's because I ordered three packs I got three mugs. I did pay £3 and was expecting 9 mugs for that price. Wonder why the customer service person I spoke to wouldn't just let me keep them and refund me £2? Clearly the website is misleading.

Ordered three packs total £3 received one pack of three. Rang and said two packs missing they refunded £2 so look like they have made an error in the description.
