As a Scottish type one diabetic I can assure you it's sugar free. Maybe you could ask an adult to read the label for you.

It is. Paid a pound yesterday for one bottle from Home and Bargain and thought that was cheap. (the extra can be hard to find). Was going back into Home Bargains for another bottle today and saw these as I passed heron next door. They had hundreds of bottles, all in crates by the tills.
