Placed 2 orders late on Wednesday night ( and goods are ready for collection) but neither has tracked. Anyone else in the same boat?

I've found quidco very unreliable. Wouldn't buy something just to get a good percentage on cashback with quidco as not likely to get it.
Meanwhile TCB very reliable and good payout. Would prefer to get less back than use quidco one now.

Cashback is actually referral commission we receive from the retailer for referring your sales, therefore we can only apply this payment to your Quidco account once we have received it from the retailer. As we are reliant on the retailers who are third parties to us we would always state that payment dates are estimated. I would recommend contacting our support team via the support menu in the top right-hand corner in your Quidco account to see if we give any of your tracked items an extra nudge for you.

@mikedigitales Sorry to hear that your cashback was declined, you can raise a declined cashback claim via http://www.quidco.com/new-enquiry and we should be able to challenge that decision for you if you have already raised a claim and this has also been rejected you can always speak to our support team to get some more information to help avoid outcomes like this in future. As we are reliant on the retailer for the funds for your cashback, we cannot guarantee cashback, however, as this is our only purpose as a business it is always our first priority to obtain all payments for our members.

@Jimbo23 Don't worry if your purchase hasn't tracked just yet, cashback usually tracks within 24 hours from making the purchase. If this time passes and nothing has tracked, all you need to do is raise a missing cashback claim via http://www.quidco.com/new-enquiry and we will be able to track your purchase manually for you.

As above for me too, have been a loyal Quidco user for many, many years, but have found anything more than 20p seems to mysteriously decline after much waiting. Heat for deal, but thought I'd add my voice to the complaints.

quidco wouldnt bother, still waiting for many from nov last year to pay out (when the same retailers on tcb paid out months ago for orders from the same time), inc all of there so called bonuses

using it to get a matched rate at tcb tho worth doing

Let's hope I don't get the, what is becoming more common, 'declined' when it comes to payouts from a variety of retailers. Small amounts always work fine, larger amounts for me have been 'declined' regularly in the last few months on Quidco... what a coincidence.

I stumbled upon this earlier when I wanted to order a lawn aerator. I ordered this morning before 10.00, but it's not tracked yet. Now if only they sold PS4 Pros...........

it would be really wrong to buy something through click+collect, see that it's tracked on quidco, and then return the item in store a few days later

Cash back is usually amended according to how much you return. Have had this done when I have genuinely had to return an item.

Do you know if it counts using click and collect? ☺
