What a horrible horrible website (on a laptop). Worse than the M&S and that's saying something!

Is it only me who find most of these clothes ugly?

And very cheaply made! I've bought a few items and most of it is rubbish. Worst item was a pair of £80 boots, worn about 20 times and sole came away at crease. I don't buy from there anymore

I agree 'ohdearohdear' the clothing is awful, and not really helped by 'clothes hanger' models either. I'm yet to be impressed with Zara.

Maybe you should sign up to their newsletter which will tell you when the sales are rather than relying on other people to remind you if it is that important.

Urgh, Website is so bad,
Hate the way web design is going atm. Have a good site, and an app. 2 birds with one stone doesn't work!

Yes happened to me in the last sale...so had a quick look through laptop and noted all the names and quickly ordered from my mobile which was alot better and easier to use!...I suggest once you've selected...order from your mobile site rather than laptop.
Out of curiosity what season are we "Mid"? We're at the end of Winter going into Spring...

Thanks. There was a jacket I'd seen instore for £80 a few weeks ago that I nearly bought, now bought for £40. Cheers OP.
