Bought my Mi Band recently from Gearbest, no problems, arrived quicker than I was expecting it to. Great bit of kit for the money.

I've purchased maybe 12-15 various items from then over the past 2 years and (fingers crossed) I haven't had any problems other than slow delivery on a couple of occasions, once ridiculously slow but I think it was due to a pricing error on a Doogee X5 Pro android phone a year or so ago but it arrived in the end.
If buying from Gearbest (or A N Other Chinese seller) I would suggest two things, always pay via Paypal and in your Paypal account payment setting select 'Bill me in the currency listed on the seller's invoice' so you don't get stung with their currency exchanger fee.
The other benefit using Paypal is that they currently reimburse your postage if you have to return anything.
Hope that helps.

I looked at more expensive activity trackers for over a year before buying this. I've now had mine of these since last year, it's great. Was in hospital during the week and the hospital's BP/HR monitor concurred with the HR reading of my Mii Band both times I checked. The app is good, the sleep monitor knows when you take the band off, yes it ignores 2 minute trips to the bathroom, the battery lasts for weeks (don't lose the charge lead in the interim) and it charges from a PC USB 2.0 port in an hour or two.
Can't go wrong for the money.

I ordered on 10th March and arrived today. Very pleased with it, upgraded from 1s (also sourced from gearbest). Liking the upgrade!

I have the original Mi band. I do 500 steps in my bathroom brushing my teeth...
However, when tested doing 100 steps when out walking it was accurate.

I don't have the pulse setting on for night sleeping which apparently improves the accuracy of the sleep monitoring. i will try it but I would expect me waking up and walking the bathroom and back to register as being awake. step count is also well below what i count.

Bought one off Amazon last week. Impressed for the money. Mi Fit app is good, added Mi Heart Rate App too and paid 67p for upgrade to continuous HR monitoring. Integrated continuous heart rate monitoring nicely into my Endomondo App.
I paid just under £28 for it but feel well worth it so this deal superb if happy with delivery time.
My 1st fitness tracker, seriously considered but couldn't justify Fitbit HR+ cost at this stage but the Xiaomi will certainly do for starters, won't be too precious with it, big bonus was it is waterproof which sold it to me.

I've had one of these for about a week now, and for the price I'm impressed. Battery life is amazing, heart rate monitor is pretty accurate. I believe there is an enhanced sleep mode option which takes more measurement more often, though the battery will run down more quickly with this enabled - would likely solve bigmick's issue though.
I haven't charged mine since the first day I used it (about 11 days ago now), and it still has 78% battery remaining.
The Android app is quite good too, also you can see on the Band who is calling or texting you, which is nice. It does show other notifications too, and vibrates when a notification comes through.
