My console didn't look new (no cellophane but just plastic and bubble wrap) but the controller, cables and power brick look new. Microsoft warranty has expired but FIFA 16 code worked without problems.

Mine arrived whilst I was away on Holiday. Box is a bit knackered but the console is literally new. Spoke to Amazon and got a partial refund for the expired code (£30)

That's a shame, did they say why? Maybe the serial had been registered by the previous owner before it was returned to Amazon.

Got £15 back through customer service which I'm happy about. I know people are getting up to £35 off, but I'm not that povo to ask for more just because. I'm fine with £15 because the console looked pretty much spanking new anyway

Received mine this morning. Box is tatty but the Xbox itself has no marks on it at all. Looks completely unused, all the wires in original packaging. Got £20 cash refund from Amazon for the FIFA16 code not working. Checked the serial on Microsoft website to find that the warranty expired last year. I opened a live chat with Microsoft and after providing a copy of the Amazon invoice they gave me a full years warranty. I'm more than happy.

Got mine today was 100% brand new with just the FIFA box cover damaged

On chat offered me £35 discount and extended prime for another month. Can live without the headset. Does anyone know if Xbox 360 headset works with the Xbox One?

The image of on amazon is a FIFA 16 external box. It's a plan Xbox one box I got.

Got mine today. Terrible. Not even a FIFA 16 box. Damaged box, ripped and poorly taped up. No game code, no headphones, uncabled power supply. It will be going back.

Mines been stuck at Hermes northern hub since 1:30 am don't think I will see it!

I received mine today. b'new factory sealed box. not even box is damaged. all the items in their sealed wraps. real bargain. not checked if game code is working but fingers crossed.

Received mine about an hour ago. Looks brand new! :smiley: I then complained about the downloadable content having expired and after lots of arguing managed to get a total of £23.99 in promo codes/gift vouchers applied to my account. It was the hardest work I've ever had to do with Amazon's customer service assistants but it was worth it in the end. :wink:

Nice spot GHAZI786; plenty in stock too - make sure you check the condition / contents as they vary quite a bit from 'packaging has minor damage' to 'cosmetic imperfections' on the console.

Ordered, want a console for red dead redemption later this year and to be honest I fancy playing some halo again! :smiley:

There's a factory sealed one left with "small mark on disk". Not sure how that works with a download code but £132 quid for factory sealed seems like a deal to me.
