Locking these is pointless, but what can be ammusing and effective:
Those personal rape alarms are often in places like poundland, or just a couple £ off eBay. Using 2 cable ties you can rig these up to be fantastic alarms.
Lock people see and target, one of those rape alarms go off and the git's scarper.
Yes, it fitted easily in the car - don't know why I was worried. Though I've still not opened the packaging, so hope it's not too fiddly to build!!

I have one of these, we use it for wellies and paper recycling outside the back door and it's great, keeps everything dry, even through the winter and not offensive to look at.

I have two of these. They are a little flimsy but perfectly acceptable, I reckon they'll be waterproof too. Not bad for £30.
