Make sure you are logged in before you try to apply it and remember that the CDKeys FB discount code changes every few minutes so don't hang around or it will expire and you will have to refresh the FB code page again to get the new code.

The game isn't banned there, they have their own version. It happens with a lot of games as Germany likes to censor everything.
