Where do you find this on the app?

Top right, click on the 3 bars for the menu, then Network Satisfaction -> Network Gaurantee

Just moan you couldn't get data out and about, you then get the 250mb

Top right corner > Network Satisfaction > network guarantee.

Surely they could just get a stack of computers to mark them zero for everything and save themselves giving free data away lol.

Once a month you can do this. Been doing it for a while now.

I can't wait until my contract is up and i can leave Vodafone. Their coverage has gone downhill massively in the last year or so. 250MB doesn't really add much onto to the 20GB plan I have at the moment so I can't even be bothered to fill in their survey

This worked, took till the next day but i got an text saying they have added the 250mb data and I have 7 days to use it. Nice one

It didn't work for me "Thanks for your Network Feedback. We've not been able to add your UK data bonus at this time. If you contact us via 24/7 support in the My Vodafone App we will be able to resolve this for you." gutted.

I'm lazy.... Three give you 200mb for doing **** all and it's faster... Well for me anyway cold from me

​Well I'm not on three like probably most of the people here so I guess you better do that survey if you want the 250mb of data. It wont kill you to tick a few boxes :grin:
