Bad quality. Maybe its cheap but you need to use more than usual otherwise it will be like you use your hands :neutral_face::disappointed:

agree I like Regina and they have them at 9 for £2 so 18 for £4 more rolls for less than this
but I will not vote cold either as this is a good price for those who like it...

True but only about 160 sheets per roll when Velvet are about 200 so probably similar price per sheet. The choice is yours.
