these are brilliant when camping but you can't wriggle around and I found I didn't like my face enclosed, but very warm which is probably more important!

that's the normal shape for a mummy type sleeping bag. You can get the rectangular ones also but I bought this because reviews say it's more roomier than the normal mummy shaped bag.

it's easy to get 14/15%. Just keep demanding until you get at least 14%. They offered me 14% on my second demand and it was delivered by Amazon next day (today)
