This stuff isn't very good. You'd expect with 3M branding it would be great, but it isn't. Very thin, wrinkles too easily and not that sticky. Very cheap, though.
I find the best stuff is the matte finish gaffer tape from CPC. It's about £7 a roll, even on special offer, so in a totally different price range from this. Still only 14p a metre, so not expensive unless you're using loads of it.

BTW, there's a difference between duct tape and gaffa tape. Duct tape is designed to hold ducting pipes together, so is intended to be permanently installed. Gaffer tape is for use on film / TV sets and is intended to be removed after use. Hence gaffer tape tends to be easier to remove, and leaves less residue. If you want permanent, Gorilla tape is one of the better brands (not cheap, either).
After all, silence is golden.
Duct tape however is silver.
Good deal OP

I have bought this a few times as well, The price is very nice, however I really doubt that it's an Actual 3M product, it's not the best ducttape I have seen for sure but it's fairly good-specially for the price.

Poundland do duct tape, I'm no expert on it but it was fine for the small job I required it for.
