I was in my local Home Bargains and spotted this deal, jars of Truffle Spread for 29p, quite substantial jars too (375g). I bought one and it tastes pretty great, like a darker/richer Nutella. RRP of "£3.99" , I don't know how true that is, but it seems a quality item at a good price.
The fantastic thing is as well, it's palm oil free so those who deliberately avoid Nutella for their use of palm oil, this might fill that void.
I'd imagine as it's home bargains it would be a national deal, so have a look out in your local stores.

It doesn't expressly say so, but the ingredients are as follows-
Sugar, vegetables fat and oil (sunflower and coconut), cacao powder, whey powder, emulsifier, soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavour.
From that I can't see any animals products? But perhaps it's the obtaining of one of those ingredients? Let me know!

I've been buying this for a few weeks but I keep running out, having chosen to eat it on a spoon. It also comes with a little "recipe" idea fold out in case you are too sophisticated for the spoon.
