Says no game subscription required. Excuse my ignorance, but do you have to have a ps plus subscription to play online?

The game when on PC was a sub (ESO+) based game, then before console launch they changed it. That's why they advertise it as no sub required. The option is still there ro sub which gets you 1500crs per month, an unlimited craft bag for mats and a few worthless in-game perks.
