Also, amazingly good for using a wall-filler for little nail holes.

Has 1450ppm fluoride which is the main part of any toothpaste, so it will work the same as any other good toothpaste brands.

They're selling a pack of 3 Colgate toothbrushes for a pound instead of £2.50 so less than 35p a toothbrush and they're not value if anyone's in need. Probably good for the charity machman

How much ppm floride and this stuff got?
I'll happily buy 'cheap' parcetomol/ibuprofen etc. Never thought about value toothpaste, always been sucked into the branded stuff... would buy if over 1000ppm

9 tescos visited and no one had the toothbrushes or the toothpastes everyday. Like themachman says they are reducing and removing their low cost brand from the shops.

Good price but to use cheap toothpaste you might as well clean your nashers with golden syrup.

The classic 'more expensive paracetamol works better' attitude.
Fluoride toothpaste is fluoride toothpaste no matter how much or what brand.
This was only about 25p to start with so no major bargain.

Just got 35 tubes from Tesco in Sale. I left about 12 for other people. I got the last 6 packets of toothbrushes.
This toothpaste is as good as any other with just as much flouride, just less minty in taste.
I won't be bothering with Tesco much if they phase out their excellent Everyday brand.
The dried milk powder went a few months ago, and now the toothpaste and brushes.

also selling off shed loads of basic n scent roll on deodorant for 21p loads at my Tescos. replacing it with another tescos own deodorant which is much dearer. stick to asda who still do value range at present. i bought loads off 16p toothpaste which i will alternate with a branded one.

Asda don't do a value toothpaste. Neither do Morrisons. Wilko scrapped theirs about a year ago and now there is only Sainsburys left at 35p.
I expect that Sainsburys will scrap theirs soon the way things are going.

ahhh I'm always so jealous of offers like this. Our Tesco always wants my monies and has expensive stuff...like toothpaste for £2.50...pfttt no thank you. I buy mine from Lidl...want cheapness!

Awww, was gonna say, Toonah, that at least it's been a good week for freebies- saw your comment on the celebrations thread though :disappointed: I've done that too, it's totally gutting. Funny though, when I ramble on to family about what's upset me.. and get those ' you're weird' looks. Lol <3

if you can afford a bit more than 16p - try boca toothpaste.
Has 1450ppm fluoride which is the main part of any toothpaste, so it will work the same as any other good toothpaste brands.

any reviews comparing this toothpaste with others? like you guys say, I always buy expensive toothpaste as the dentist is even more expensive. but if it's just marketing? i have started using poundland but still buy branded. what's the difference between tesco 25p, colgate £1 at poundland and colgate total £2.50 etc?
I just love how people go mad about a toothpaste which is just a few pence cheaper than well known brands yet most waste hundreds on car finance, iPhones, 4K TVs and Playstations...
