I know there are a few deals on here for Speckyfoureyes but I couldn't see this one so apologies if posted elsewhere.
Speckyfoureyes have a sale on Superdry glasses and shades.
Get a pair of prescription glasses for £15 or a pair of sunglasses for £25, delivery costs £4,99 for either.
Use code SUPERHOTDEAL in the basket before completing your order to get the discount.
The Ted Baker offer posted on here a while back is also still working! (glasses for £30/ sunglasses £40 using code LOVETED)

Well, that probably explains why my post went 4 times hotter than yours. I hardly ever look in vouchers, and I suspect there are a lot of others like me who don't. I found a good deal, but if I have to search multiple forums to check it has not already been posted, It's easier for me to not bother posting deals I find in future.
I still get a good deal, and don't have the hassle of trawling the forums to make sure I don't offend somebody by reposting something that gives others access to the same deal.
Why over complicate something? You still get a "deal" if you use a voucher code and I see loads of posts in the deal forum using voucher codes.Surely, if this site is moderated, then it's a failure on the mods part that they didn't spot it was a duplicate post, and move my post to vouchers where a lot of visitors probably don't bother going.
I actually got a message saying is this a duplicate post? and referencing a post from months ago before I posted this deal.
My post has made quite a few people happy. Surely that is the purpose of a website like this?

Yes it's a good deal. Ordered a couple of pairs of Superdry frames from here in New Year Sale at this price. They took three weeks to arrive but very happy with the results. If you select continue with free lenses (no coatings) you will almost certainly get an email offering you the Specky 2 package (both anti-scratch and anti-reflection coatings) for £9 (versus £19 normally).

A little late to the party on this one, I know - but just wondering whether anybody had ordered and not been offered the discounted coating? I ordered two pairs yesterday and stuck with the free lenses working on the assumption that I'd be offered the reduced rate on anti-glare and scratch resistance - but as of the moment I'm yet to get an email and am worried that the glasses will come without. I'm basically trying to work out whether It's worth me waiting a little longer - or getting in touch with them now?
This works, Just bought two pairs of prescription Superdry glasses one normal pair and one pair of sunglasses, the code only works on one pair per order, but if you order each pair as separate orders, the code can be reused on your account so you can save on each
Just got £250 worth of prescription glasses for £68
(I added an anti reflection/glare finish to the normal pair, which is why the price is slightly higher or it would have been about £50)

I jumped on this 2/3 weeks ago. Bought a pair of normal glasses, got the £9 coating email, added that. They took about 14 days to get to me.
I like the frames, but the lenses are strange, they make me feel quite sick, around the edges they have a weird, trippy sensation in my peripheral vision.
I can only assume the lenses are cheap cheap, and/or I got my measurements wrong.
However I am not new to buying glasses online, I normally use Zenni Optical, and have had 10-15 pairs from them without this issue.
Bit stuck really, got nice frames but can't really get used to them.
Getting new lenses fitted is hardly ever an option because most places charge through the nose!

Yeah, I'm having the same problem. I think they have done it on purpose so you get lumped with a £5 delivery charge per set of glasses. I'm surprised no one else on here has picked this up.
But even with this charge, they are still extremely good value. I first used this site a couple of years ago and brought a £12 set of Converse frames and lenses, they were the best and most comfortable glasses I've ever owned until I lost them the other day

With high prescriptions, lens weight is a major consequence especially with the current fashion trend to wear larger frames (remember 80's fashion Dennis Taylor hehe). Through choosing a frame with a smaller diameter and circumference, buying thinner lenses will not only improve atheistic appeal but also weight and overall comfort. If your prescription is single vision without complications prism, bi-focal, or correction for high astigmatism most on-line companies should cater for your requirements. ASDA opticians having an excellent deal as you have a high prescription, offering ultra thin lenses (1.67, 1.70, 1.74 lenses*) as standard for -8 and if the prescription is complicated you might be entitled to NHS discount. The only issue is like many cheap opticians use Chinese import lenses for the majority of their prescription, unless you cheekily ask if they're use HOYA lenses (who still manufacture some of their glasses).
*If you really want to give Asda Opticians and their staff a heart attack, and you're prescription is single vision (only short-sighted or long sighted) ask if they'll offer double aspheric lenses with the standard price for a high prescription.
