It was my first store collection thus I was a bit skeptical haha. On my account relating to order I could only see like "Status SHIPPED" and "Status COMPLETED" , Track You Box isn't really linking.
But last night I've received "Ready to collect" email from them AND in the email They say to "print this page" "bring your ID" so I did what they say and guess what, I was told at the store I didn't need to print that email. :smile:

Does anyone know that when you use online order to collect at a store, do they send you like "ready to collect" email or some code? I've spent like £14 so I think I get next day delivery at the store but apart from Order Confirmation email I got nothing else since Fri. (at the same time I am emailing them though)

I am not sure but I know I never receive a confirmation email or a despatch email. If you go into your account and look at your recent orders you should be able to track your order and see where it is :smiley:
