Sorry, what I really meant is can the original LED bulb be removed from this lamp and replaced with a stronger/brighter LED bulb?

yes there any many more powerful options available. plenty on amazon too and they not much more expensive tbh. just look for higher wattage and more importantly, a higher lumen output. lumen is the amount of light it emits i.e, brightness

They will probably be IP44 rated. So will resist water but any submersion or sustained deluge will break through.
Ideally should be located where some shelter is available.

550 lumens is pretty dim tbh. id say equivalent to a 50-60w halogen.
to put it into perspective, a decent led downlight is around 400lumens

Do you or anyone else know if a brighter LED could be replaced to original?

If it's LED then that's like 9-10 watts I think.

No they're not waterproof, I've had one for three weeks, the sensor now has damp inside and when the light is on you can see light leakage from the rear, so no way are they waterproof. Wattage around ten watts.
