Damn that ruined my mood. Only brought this off them last night when it was on offer for £6.99 drives me crazy

I played Oblivion loads, Skyrim when I played it seemed to lack colour compared to Oblivion, if that makes sense

It's a little soulless and dry imo, Oblivion has a much more vibrant world that actually felt alive.

Oblivion was broken by the enemy levelling system. Its the worst elder scrolls game by a country mile. By the time you get to the end having to bash an enemy 300 times with a mace to kill them.

Everybody couldn't see the improvement in graphics with the uber edition

was there a free upgrade to this edition for those who had the original in their steam collection prior to legendary edition being released? like the owners of darksiders getting a free upgrade to the warmasteted edition...
That can be very easily modded, giving Skyrim a soul is much tougher to do.

It feels like you're just jumping on the bandwagon here.
Oblivion's level system got hate because it was silly (poor highwaymen in expensive armour) and doesn't work well (e.g., if you mess around in a city for a bit, you'll level up but only be able to spend level points on non-combat stats, making the game harder) .
Skyrim still had dirty bandits in super-high level gear, it's just the level system is so stripped bare that you can't cripple yourself like that.

How do you get the FB code to get it down to £4.55 please?

you go on CDKeys Facebook, like their page and then they give you 5% discount code, but the code can used by anyone, its not a unique code, but the code changes every few hours.
so if you ever buy something from them again you can just get another 5% code.

Thanks...was it previously cheaper than £6.99?

Nope been playing elder scrolls games for near 20 years.
The leveling system ruined it for me. Years later i thought about playing it and googled it. Its a well known issue and not that simple either.
Morrowwind is still my all time fave.
Skyrim is great though

I still play Morrowwind GOTY edition, got it on both, Xbox and PC.
It's the biggest Elder Scrolls game ever and the most enjoyable to play, in my opinion.
