Yes... it has good response times for gaming and obviously supports 2160p.
The major downside with this screen (particularly for HDR content) is the lack of local dimming zones. Though you usually get that feature on higher end models.
Seems decent for the price though.

Technically they don't, the company that's selling the TV is Hughes but is paying Game to sell their tv's through their site to gain more sales.

I own this set, paid £490 almost 6 months ago. I love it but it's not without faults.
- Motion judder makes the set unwatchable at default settings. You'll have to adjust this to your own preference. It's never absolutely perfect but I rarely ever notice it now.
- Viewing angles aren't great. Depends on your room set up if this will affect you but you really want to be sat directly at the TV, if you have extra chairs or whatever at an angle to the TV they're gonna struggle to see anything.
Those are my only gripes, i'd recommend it at this price. Picture quality is fantastic. I don't think you can get better without paying double the price.

Got one of these and an xbox one s. Xbox does not recognise this as a hdr tele. But lovely screen though

it may be down to your settings on xbox, had a bit of issue with mine yesterday after xbox update.
You have to select auto detect for resolution and then select allow hdr and allow 4k, rather than select 4k resolution
Although my tv is a Philips, it was coming up errors when I was testing the tv, until I changed to auto detect

I'd have considered it if it wasn't curved..price is right and the picture quality is decent, but curved screen is a big no no for me.

Yeah worked. But tele does not support latest hdr 10 format as tele came out in 2015.

I've got the 49" version and it's great. The viewing angle isn't bad. It's sunlight thats the big problem in my opinion. The curve makes it much worse

viewing angel,style and the fact that they are already being fased out..curved tv is almost dead in 2017..so in a couple of years you are left with "one if those things that were once the trend but now outdated and silly"..(and for a good reason).

I have a lot of credit too and I was tempted by this but my concern now is that it is already obsolete in the sense that it is not 10bit or even 8bit+FRC (it is 8bit) and from the bit of research I have done the quality of the apparent colours will be lower with this TV and therefore so may be the 'experience'. I only want one to make full use of my ps4pro's ability - deciding how much I need to spend is becoming a chore... <3

That is very helpful - thank you. I was looking at the Sony 49" on Game website for £699 - because researching it last night I believed it was true 10bit but looking on the website you've shown me, it's listed as 8bit+FRC(frame rate control for those who know even less than me) but I need to double check I have right model number - can't do that until the Game website is back up n running -they're offline at mo' ...
curved Tvs are already obsolete..don't waste money on something that in 2 years time you will feel ashamed of owning.
but flat screen.
curved was just a short lived gimmick just like 3D TV.

it is only for stylish people with stylish houses and the problem is that beggars did not buy enough 3D films, that is why was not convenient to produce
