Seems like a very good price for this monitor. Uses a PLS panel, which is not quite as dynamic as IPS but is close enough, and provides better response times.
Seems to be around £150-£160 on most sites, so the 'deal' seems genuine enough and very positive reviews on Amazon where the negative ones seem to relate to the 28" version.
Nope, it's not a 144hz 1ms Gsync/Vsync gaming beast but it would probably suit the majority of people, and native HDMI input also (I assume) make it viable for lots of other uses aside from being a PC monitor.

One downside I'd note is that it doesn't have speakers from what I can tell.

Would someone please identify a monitor around 24-28" that will show off a ps4 pro's capabilities!?

Be careful here and make some checks in descriptions as I read that monitors don't yet have HDR capability so you could spend a lot of money on this and miss one of the main features to show off the pro.
