Well I am still waiting for delivery, but got my invoice by email today and it lists all the items I ordered along with their EURO sizing. End result is it looks like the sizes listed on their website are sold in UK sizes, not USA sizes as suggested by their size chart. Great..... lots to return

Yes I tried them all, debit card and paypal, it wasn't working when I hadn't registered so I tried registering but that didn't work, and now the voucher code has expired. I tried the online chat asking if they would honour it because of the circumstances, but it was like talking to a brick wall.

yes the 100day return is why i ordered without being sure.

This problem you are having with payment, what method are you trying to use to pay? I used the Credit/Debit option, not through paypal.
Also, do you have a registered account on the website? I have never ordered from them before, and I didn't bother registering and account, just typed in all my info at checkout. No issues at all.

I assume you have tried using a chrome incognito or firefox private browser window??

Still no luck. Cleared all history and cookies and gone through every setting on chrome and firefox on win10 and still nothing. Same on my mobile. Guess they jusy don't want my business. For those of you not sure between usa and uk sizes, I did notice you can return within 100 days, so plenty of time to try them.

I placed an order no probs with the 20% code for some shoes today no probs. Chrome + windows10, not using an adblocker....

so can anyone confirm for me that reebok lists shoes in USA sizes? please :smiley: I hope so because that's what i assumed when i ordered.....

I just know someone is going to call me stupid for this question but....

Does anyone know which country system the quoted sizes are for?
Looking at the mens trainers I clicked the size chart and it shows USA Men in bold, as though the quoted sizes are all in USA sizing, but I am looking at reebok.co.uk right, surely the EU lawmakers that wanted our bananas straight and sold in grams have a law that UK companies sell shoes in UK sizing? right???

I want a UK 9.5 which it says is a USA 10.5, and they have 10.5 but not 9.5, so I am hoping I am in luck, but I don't want to buy and get bigfoots favourites delivered..... :stuck_out_tongue:

Called Reebok customer services and they said that they are aware of the website issues, but cannot take phone orders as they are not allowed to take payment details over the phone. They advised me to try again tomorrow...

Great! £14 for Reebok trainers for the gym I'm going to sign up to in the next 8 weeks, just waiting on my discount referral notification :wink:

Already got my cheap mountain bike to ride to/from the gym and stores. Bought a pair of Adidas (Reebok parent company) from Very for £40 on Wed for leisure but £14 will do for the gym to save cleaning one pair of my trainers up for the gym :smiley: thanks OP!
