Can get cheaper, but I doubt raw organic extra virgin cold pressed 500ml, for that price, hence I thought good idea to share it with people who love coconut oil : )

I got some last year from home bargains for 3.99 and was very pleased with that one. Had others from b&m that have been rubbish. I can't comment on this one as never tried this particular one, I thought they were all the same till I tried the b&m one, even though they are supposed to be the same product. I'll try this one, thanks for the heads up

The cold pressed 300ml for £2.49 is good in B&m but the other one isn't virgin or cold pressed.

Equivalent price for Aldi based on £2.49/300 grammes would be £4.15 for 500 grammes. Aldi might be in more convenient locations.

For frying you need the deodorised stuff.
Ive been using for years and it is,to my mind, perfect for almost all uses. just search for organic deodorised virgin coconut oil.
Its very economical to use and has uses other than cooking.

My point was that this isn't the best deal out there but something worth sharing, as a regular consumer of coconut oil I was pleased to spot this in Iceland and the product quality seems pretty good, hence those who would want a good quality coconut oil for a decent price tag, this is another good option for them : )
They probably also still recommend only 3 eggs a week! A flippant remark, however I believe their advice is out of date with the latest research about (good quality) saturated fats. On my phone so I can't provide links.

On its own or as part of a mixture? Like castor oil and virgin oil mixture that is suggested for shaving.

They are far more dangerous than virgin olive oil, half as much dangerous fatty whatever you calls them, which is the second worst with 46% of them fatty things than coconut oil, to use for frying. BBC program a couple of weeks ago, using specialist researchers.

Used this for years since being sold a bottle of home made in Kerala. Great when in a hot country where the sun and heat fries your hair. It melts in the heat so just slick on and comb through. Leave in all day while you sun, swim ( protects your hair from seawater) or whatever then wash out in the evening. Best deep conditioner ever.

This stuff is great for dandruff! I applied it to my hair and the dandruff is gone.
I know it's organic, but I'm not sure that the refined/deodorised/bleached stuff will be doing you much good.. if indeed any of these coconut oil products are doing any of us any good.

If you value your heart, this coconut oil , in my opinion, isn't great for health. It has approximately 85% saturated fat- which increases bad cholesterol, resulting in increase risk of heart disease and strokes.
It's ok for using on skin but not healthy for consumption, like all the other oils-they have no nutritional benefits but packed with high density calories.
If you need to use oil then use the oil spray, just one spray. Don't get carried away and use multiple squats.
4 minutes clip really puts oil in Its properly place, shocking to know how we are damaging our health:
It's the likes of Joe Wicks Body Coach pushing Coconut Oil "Lucy Bee" and it is damaging. Use very infrequently and switch to Olive oil it is so much better for you.
