Funny how people on HUKD go on about sensitive Vegetarians/Vegans but it seems to be almost exclusively hyper-defensive meat-eaters posting and instigating the arguments..
Just for the record, the "but animals do it" defence is not a valid one. Animals rape and murder.. but we don't do that.

Sadly the dairy industry is far from devoid of it's share of death and suffering..

Do you have any idea what goes on in the dairy industry? I suggest you google it.
If we stop buying vegetarian products with milk in, then they will change the recipes.

Will yes, you did offer helpful advise to people, which is great. But then you typed "if you are trying to lead a life whereby an animal doesn't suffer for your greed", which i interpret as a bit self righteous: we are talking about dairy products in vegetarian sausages - not about tucking into steaks.

No self righteous at all, just giving advice to people who may just assume that Quorn products are vegan, many new people are becoming vegans and making mistakes.
As for you kicking a cat, well done to you. You attempt at humour deserves an award, why not try stand up?

These are great in a Sausage Casserole.

Worth noting these are NOT vegan, they will contain dairy products, usually cows milk or egg whites as a binding agent.
If you want to be healthy try Linda McCartneys sausages, always check the packet for "suitable for vegans" if you are trying to lead a life whereby an animal doesn't suffer for your greed

Well, every time I hear a self-righteous vegan, I kick the cat - so you make it suffer.

Might give them a go - especially as so called low fat sausages are now under scrutiny.

They make a tasty enough sausage sandwich if you add a bit of ketchup.
