My Quidco didn't track either ....will return the items...was worth a shot if it had worked ok. I've had a few poor experiences with Quidco recently and certainly not what it used to be in my opinion.

This is why people shouldn't have ordered unless they wanted the goods anyway and treated the cashback as a bonus in case anything went wrong.

I know this has expired now but I thought I'd point out that UK tax is now 20% and not 17.5% so people might think cashback has tracked wrong but it hasn't. I ordered a £60 perfume and cashback has been tracked at £25 which reflects that it excludes the 20% VAT. At £60, £10 is paid on VAT which leaves £50 eligible for 50% cashback

Tracking is the initial step of which all orders are expected to show.
The retailer decision follows which will then decide which orders it will allow (ie those that are valid / not valid) , given their 'vague' terms and conditions regarding bulk orders, its a gamble without having any clarity from Quidco on this.

So far the Quidco Rep has not responded to this question, which is both worrying and disappointing.

The cashback you get is on the figure minus the VAT, so take 20% off £38.86, then divide by 2, thats the figure you ended up with, it's correct.

Still a massive gamble for anyone buying anything that they wouldn't normally buy (without the massive cashback incentive)

You are right. Hukd earns commission by folk on here clicking through the link provided and the owners of hukd also own quidco. To stand the best chance of quidco working and the cashback not going awol (to the affiliate used in the link i.e tradedoubler), then its best to clear all cookies and then open a different browser just for quidco and find the site you require from the quidco search.

Anyone have a premium account on quidco and could enquire as to these terms on their live chat as they are pretty vague to say the least.

I would be cautious of buying anything that was reduced as it is 'on offer' and may well be excluded ..... anything fragrance wise that's full price probably isn't worth around 40% off anyway, which is all you would get when you account for the VAT element.
